📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message to verify your order details.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location (urban vs rural areas).

  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier partner issues , we’ll keep you updated in such situations.

💸 Payment Method

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.

🔁 Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability, our team will try to reach you for rescheduling.

  • After two failed attempts, the order may be canceled.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
