At FairBazaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


🔁 Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
  2. The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  3. The product is not working on first use (must be reported within 24 hours).

📸 Proof Required

To initiate a refund or exchange, please:

  1. Must make a video of unboxing.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  3. Provide clear unboxing photos or videos showing the issue.
  4. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  1. Change of mind after delivery.
  2. Minor scratches, box damage, or cosmetic issues that don’t affect performance.
  3. Used items or items returned after 24 hours.
  4. Issues reported without proof (no video or photos).

💵 Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  1. You will be asked to return the product to our warehouse via courier.
  2. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
  3. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash as per your preference.

🔁 Exchanges

In eligible cases, you may request a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
